Design
BT Lerson approach and challenge the concept of the design by utilising our advanced technology and our engineering expertise to provide our customers with an ‘in-house’ aid to design from concept through to final production.
Project Management
Our successful project management and administration efficiency is maintained through the use of bespoke RedAnt project management technology. This ensures that each stage of the customer relationship and their relevant production cycles are accurately reported and accounted for.
Prototypes
The production process starts with a computerised simulation of the actual milling and machining staging, where every step is inspected for potential irregularities and conflicts. A prototype is then produced for inspection, where all tolerances and capacities are rigorously checked before general production begins.
Despatch
Finished components are packed according to customers’ specifications and requirements. Shipping and delivery are negotiated and formalised in the contract.
